For in-house legal teams
Clear more of the business’s requests, without adding headcount.
Workflows your team sets up once and runs every time, with every answer cited. In Teams and Copilot, where the business already asks.
What changes
A small team that keeps up with the business.
Requests cleared faster
Routine questions and reviews are answered from your own policies and precedents, so the team spends its time on the advice that needs it.
Less sent to outside counsel
Bring routine contract reviews and first drafts back in-house, and keep external spend for the work that needs it.
The same answer every time
Your playbook runs as fixed steps, with every answer cited. Quality no longer depends on who picked up the request.
Know-how kept in the team
Your positions, templates and precedents become workflows the whole team can run, not knowledge in one person’s head.
Cited to the source
Answers you can send back to the business.
Every answer cites the exact clause it relies on, highlighted in the original document. Each quote is checked against the source before it is shown, so you can confirm it in seconds.
Does the master services agreement cap our liability, and where?
Yes. Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, with confidentiality breaches carved out and left uncapped.
“…the total aggregate liability of either party shall not exceed the total fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim…”
How in-house teams use it
From the first question to the signed-off answer.
Questions from the business, answered in Teams
Colleagues ask in Microsoft Teams or Copilot. Answers come from your policies and precedents, cited to the source, and a workflow can send anything that needs a lawyer to the team for approval.
Contract portfolio review
Ask the same questions of every contract, such as change of control, termination or liability caps, and get one table your team can sort and check.
First drafts from your templates
NDAs, engagement letters and board papers drafted from your own Word templates, keeping your formatting.
Review against your playbook
Your positions run as fixed steps, with a lawyer approving the result before it goes back to the business.
Renewals and obligations, on a schedule
A regular briefing on upcoming renewals, notice dates and obligations, drawn from your contract set.
Investigations and disputes
A chronology from the whole document set, with every entry linked to its source.

Getting started
Up and running without a big project.
- 01
We set up your workspace
In your preferred Azure region (UK, EU or US), with sign-in through your Microsoft work accounts and your documents imported from SharePoint or OneDrive.
- 02
Start with ready-made workflows
Questions across your documents, contract review tables, chronologies and drafting from templates work from the first day.
- 03
Make it yours
Turn your playbook and templates into your own workflows. We help with the first ones and show your team how to build more.
Reliable and private
Your process stays in charge.
AI does the reading and drafting as steps inside your process. A lawyer signs off wherever judgement is needed, and every action is logged.
Where it runs
Microsoft Azure, in your preferred region (UK, EU or US), or in your own Azure subscription.
Who sees what
Sign-in with Microsoft work accounts. Each set of documents is open only to the people you add.
Your data and models
OpenAI or Anthropic models, under terms that exclude training on your data, with zero data retention available.
Questions in-house teams ask
Do we need a big project to get started?
No. We set up your workspace, connect Microsoft sign-in and your SharePoint or OneDrive documents, and your team starts with ready-made workflows. You add your own playbook and templates as you go, with our help on the first ones.
Is our data safe?
Your documents are stored in your preferred Azure region (UK, EU or US), kept separate from other customers’, or in your own Azure subscription if you prefer. Models are used under enterprise terms that exclude training on your data, and every action is logged.
Can the business use it without asking legal every time?
Yes, within the limits you set. Colleagues can ask questions in Teams or Copilot and get cited answers from the material you choose to share, and workflows can send anything that needs a lawyer to your team for approval.
Which AI models does it use?
OpenAI, Azure OpenAI and Anthropic models, chosen for each step of a workflow. You can use our agreements or your own account.
How is this different from Harvey or Legora?
They are products your lawyers use, running in the vendor’s cloud on the vendor’s choice of model. CompleteFlow runs on our managed service or in your own Azure, on the model you choose, and your playbook becomes workflows your team owns.
