What are the contradictions in the disclosure letter?
The disclosure letter (15 May) states that no material litigation is pending against the target. However, email correspondence from 22 April between external counsel references an ongoing employment tribunal claim (est. liability £340k). Additionally, the disclosed IP schedule omits two registered patents found in the IP License with Meridian.

How It Works

AI precision meets workflow reliability

CompleteFlow combines two modes of operation in a single platform. A conversational AI agent handles the unpredictable work: interpreting documents, answering questions in natural language, reasoning across multiple sources. You choose the model: Claude, GPT, Gemini, or open-source alternatives, always the latest and most capable available. When precision matters, the agent invokes deterministic workflows that execute with guaranteed consistency: the same inputs always produce the same outputs.

In practice, your team builds workflows for repeatable tasks: client intake, drafting a loan agreement from deal terms, processing a disclosure bundle into a chronology. These workflows run the same way every time, and anyone on the team can create, modify, and share them. When a lawyer asks a question that requires one of these workflows, the agent calls it automatically and returns the result. Your team defines the rules; the AI handles everything else.

Deterministic Workflows

Deterministic workflow: linear flow from Download File through Extract Clauses, Classify Risks, Human Review, to Send Email

Every step defined. Every outcome predictable. Auditable end to end.

Agentic AI with Tools

AI Agent reasons about the task and calls tools: Search NetDocuments, Retrieve File, Web Search

AI reasons about the task and picks the right tools. Adapts to novel requests.

Why not both

An agent can call a workflow as a tool. The workflow runs deterministically and returns the result to the agent. Reliability where you need it. Intelligence where it matters.

Example

"When was Helen Lane appointed director of Morrison Holdings, and did that happen before or after the share transfer?"

Agent calls the chronology workflow on the disclosure bundle → reads the output → answers the question with source references.

Use Cases

How law firms use CompleteFlow

01

Contract Review and Clause Extraction

The problem: Associates spend hundreds of hours manually reviewing contracts, identifying key clauses, and flagging risks. The work is repetitive but requires precision.

The solution: CompleteFlow agents parse contracts at speed, extract key clauses (change of control, limitation of liability, indemnity), flag non-standard terms, and produce structured summaries for partner review.

02

Chronology Extraction from Document Sets

The problem: Building a chronology from hundreds of documents is one of the most time-consuming tasks in litigation and transactional work. Lawyers manually read each document, extract dates and events, cross-reference across sources, and flag inconsistencies.

The solution: CompleteFlow agents ingest entire document sets, extract dated events with source references, cross-reference across documents to identify contradictions or gaps, and produce a structured chronology linked back to the originating documents. The workflow is configurable per matter type: you control what gets extracted, how conflicts are flagged, and what the output looks like.

03

Due Diligence Document Processing

The problem: M&A due diligence requires reviewing thousands of documents under tight deadlines. Manual review is expensive and risks missing critical issues.

The solution: Agents ingest entire data rooms, classify documents, extract key data points, and surface potential issues for partner review.

04

Regulatory Change Monitoring

The problem: Keeping track of regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions is a full-time job. Firms risk non-compliance when changes are missed.

The solution: Monitoring agents track regulatory publications, identify changes relevant to your practice areas and clients, and produce briefing notes with impact assessments.

05

Knowledge Management and Precedent Search

The problem: Institutional knowledge is trapped in document management systems. Finding relevant precedents requires knowing what to search for.

The solution: A knowledge agent that indexes your DMS, understands legal context, and retrieves relevant precedents, advice notes, and templates based on natural language queries.

06

Client Matter Intake Automation

The problem: New matter intake involves manual data entry, conflicts checks, and client onboarding tasks that delay engagement.

The solution: Agents automate intake workflows: extract client data, run preliminary conflicts checks, populate matter templates, and route for approval, reducing intake from days to hours.

Your platform, your workflows

These use cases are starting points, not limits

CompleteFlow is a platform your team configures and extends over time. The use cases above are where most firms start, but every firm builds differently. Your operations team, IT, or our professional services team can create new agents and workflows as needs evolve, without writing code or waiting for a vendor release.

Build your own workflows

Use the visual workflow builder to create new automations specific to your firm. Client onboarding, billing review, pitch preparation, conflict checking. If it follows steps, you can automate it.

Connect any system via MCP

Agents connect to 10,000+ systems through the Model Context Protocol. Your practice management system, time recording, accounting, CRM. New integrations without custom development.

Grows with your firm

Start with one team, one use case. Expand to other practice areas and operational functions as you see results. Per-user permissions mean every team gets exactly what they need.

You own what you build

Every agent and workflow your firm creates belongs to you. Export, modify, or extend them. No vendor lock-in. No dependency on our roadmap for your operational needs.

Most firms discover their highest-value use cases in the first few weeks. Book a strategy session and we will map the opportunities across your operations.

Compliance

SRA compliance considerations

CompleteFlow is designed with SRA Principles and the Code of Conduct in mind:

  • Client confidentiality maintained: all data stays within your deployment environment, no external API calls with client data
  • Professional privilege preserved: agent outputs support lawyer review, not replace it
  • Competence obligation met: full audit trails and explainable outputs so lawyers can verify and take responsibility
  • Supervision controls: human-in-the-loop gates for client-facing outputs

Integration

Works with your existing systems

CompleteFlow integrates with the systems your firm already uses. Documents stay in your DMS. Our agents access them via secure APIs with your existing permission model and access controls respected.

NetDocuments

Search, retrieve, and process documents directly from NetDocuments. Matter-level access controls respected.

iManage

Connect to iManage Work for document retrieval and knowledge management. Security profiles honored.

Microsoft 365

OneDrive, Outlook, Calendar, and Teams. Agents surface in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams chat.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to use AI with confidential client data? +

With CompleteFlow, yes. All processing happens within your chosen deployment environment. No client data is sent to external APIs. You maintain full control over data access, retention, and deletion.

How does CompleteFlow differ from CoCounsel or Harvey? +

CoCounsel and Harvey are SaaS products. Your data goes to their servers. CompleteFlow offers managed cloud, private cloud, or on-premises deployment with agents customized to your firm's specific workflows, precedents, and knowledge base. No vendor lock-in.

Can CompleteFlow integrate with our existing DMS? +

Yes. CompleteFlow integrates with NetDocuments, iManage, and Microsoft 365. Your existing permission model and access controls are respected.

What about professional indemnity insurance implications? +

CompleteFlow agents are tools that assist lawyers, not substitutes for legal advice. Full audit trails and human-in-the-loop controls mean lawyers review and take responsibility for all outputs.

What does the two-mode architecture mean in practice? +

When you ask a question, the conversational agent handles the interpretation and reasoning. When it needs to extract clauses, build a chronology, or generate a document, it calls a deterministic workflow that runs the same way every time. You get the flexibility of AI with the consistency of structured automation.
