About the role
CompleteFlow is a Python and TypeScript platform for AI workflows: agents that cite the exact words they rely on, a workflow engine of fixed, versioned steps, and a Teams and Copilot experience for lawyers. You will build across it, with a high bar for correctness, because our users sign their names to the output.
What you will do
- Build features across the backend (FastAPI, PydanticAI, Prefect, PostgreSQL with pgvector) and the React and TypeScript front end.
- Own accuracy: citation checking, evaluations and the tests that keep them honest.
- Improve the workflow engine and the experience of building workflows.
- Strengthen security, tenant isolation and audit.
- Ship small changes often, with code review and tests.
What you will bring
- Several years building production web applications in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience building and evaluating applications on large language models.
- Care for correctness, testing and security.
- Product sense, and an interest in how professionals actually work.
Good to have
- Azure, Terraform or workflow engines such as Prefect.
- Document processing, search or retrieval.
- Microsoft Teams bots or Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
