- Location
- London, hybrid
- Type
- Full time
- Package
- Competitive salary + equity
About the role
Forward deployed engineers take CompleteFlow from a demo to something a firm relies on every day. You will work directly with firms’ IT and innovation teams, deploy the platform into their Azure subscriptions, connect it to Microsoft 365 and their other systems, and build workflows alongside our legal engineers.
What you see in the field shapes the product. You will turn it into code, not just tickets.
What you will do
- Deploy and run CompleteFlow in client Azure subscriptions using Terraform.
- Integrate with Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and with firms’ document management and practice systems.
- Build workflows, connectors and MCP integrations with our legal engineers.
- Lead the technical side of security reviews with client IT and risk teams.
- Contribute fixes and features to the core platform.
What you will bring
- Strong Python, and experience building and running production systems.
- Hands-on Azure: Container Apps or similar, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Entra ID and networking, with infrastructure as code.
- Experience integrating with APIs, ideally Microsoft Graph.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical people, and enjoyment of time with customers.
Good to have
- Experience building applications on large language models.
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol.
- Experience answering enterprise security questionnaires.
About CompleteFlow
CompleteFlow is the platform law firms use to build their own AI capability: workflows built on their own precedents, with every fact cited to the source, running the same way every time. We are a small team in London, and our team has delivered AI for the Cabinet Office, the Bank of England, the NHS and the FCDO.
